Salesforce integration
Run Your Salesforce Marketplace Integration Without Leaving the CRM.
Manage offers, agreements, CPPO resale, CRM enrichment, and co-sell from a Salesforce opportunity — so alliances, RevOps, and deal desk work one system, not two.
Illustrative sample data — not customer results.
Offers from the opportunity
Create, clone, extend, and cancel marketplace private offers where your reps already work the deal.
Marketplace data in Salesforce
Buyers, entitlements, revenue records, referrals, and funding sync into Salesforce custom objects.
Configured, not coded
Install the managed package, set permission sets, add the page components — no custom connector to build.
What you can do from Salesforce
The Suger app adds actions to the Salesforce opportunity for offers, resale, co-sell, and enrichment. Every marketplace record it creates stays linked to the deal it belongs to.
Create private offer
Build the offer, track status, clone, extend, cancel, notify contacts, or download the EULA — from the opportunity.
Create reseller authorization
Set the wholesale price for a channel partner (a CPPO); the reseller makes the final offer to the buyer.
Create co-sell referral
Submit a referral to AWS, Azure, GCP, or Suger partner-to-partner (PRM), and create records from inbound referrals.
Enrich CRM records
Push engagement scores and marketplace metrics into custom fields on accounts and opportunities, targeted with SOQL.
Marketplace intelligence on your own records
CRM Enrichment populates Salesforce records with signals from Suger — engagement scores and marketplace metrics from AWS, Azure, and GCP — so your team sees them without leaving the CRM.
Engagement scores
AWS, Azure, and GCP engagement scores, plus Azure Event Score and Usage Score, mapped to fields you create.
Marketplace metrics
Listing counts, review counts, and purchase history land on the accounts and opportunities you choose.
Targeted with SOQL
Apply enrichment to any object, filtered by the SOQL queries you define, on the refresh schedule you set.

Questions
Salesforce integration questions, answered
What is the Suger Salesforce integration? +
The Suger Salesforce integration is a managed package that lets your team create marketplace private offers, reseller authorizations, and co-sell referrals from a Salesforce opportunity, and syncs marketplace data back into Salesforce objects.
Can I create marketplace offers from Salesforce? +
Yes. From an opportunity you can build a private offer, track its status, clone it, then extend, cancel, notify contacts, or download the EULA later — without switching to the marketplace console.
Does it support CPPO and reseller offers? +
Yes. A Create Reseller Authorization action sets the wholesale price for a channel partner (a CPPO), so the reseller makes the final offer to the buyer. Agreement-Based Offers (ABO) can also be created from Salesforce.
What marketplace data syncs into Salesforce? +
Suger syncs buyers, products, offers, entitlements, revenue records, referrals, and funding into Salesforce custom objects. CRM Enrichment also pushes engagement scores and marketplace metrics into custom fields you target with SOQL.
Does the Salesforce integration handle co-sell? +
Yes. A Create Co-Sell action submits a referral to AWS, Azure, GCP, or Suger partner-to-partner (PRM) from the opportunity, and creates Salesforce records from a referral that arrived the other way.
