How does Fours' pricing work? +
Fours offers flexible, usage-based pricing that scales with your business. We don't take a revenue share — you keep 100% of your marketplace revenue. Our pricing is based on the features you need and the volume of your marketplace operations.
What's included in the onboarding process? +
All plans include guided onboarding to help you get started. Enterprise customers receive white-glove onboarding with a dedicated success manager who will help configure your integrations, train your team, and ensure a smooth transition.
Can I switch plans later? +
Absolutely! You can upgrade or adjust your plan at any time as your needs evolve. Our team will work with you to ensure a seamless transition with no disruption to your operations.
What cloud marketplaces does Fours support? +
Fours supports six cloud marketplaces: AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, Snowflake, Alibaba Cloud, and Oracle. Every plan lets you manage all of your listings from a single platform.
Do PRM and Insulin have separate pricing? +
The Professional, Growth, and Enterprise plans cover the Cloud GTM platform (including Fours MCP, Buyer Service, and the Chrome Extension). PRM is an add-on or standalone, and Insulin, Fours' AI platform for business, is in early access with usage-based pricing on insulin.dev. Contact sales to package them together.
How does buying through AWS Marketplace work? +
You can purchase Fours directly through AWS Marketplace using your existing AWS account. Procurement runs on AWS Marketplace's standard contract terms and your AWS bill, and because Fours is deployed on AWS, the purchase can count toward your AWS commitment (EDP/PPA).
Is Fours affiliated with any similarly named company? +
Fours, formerly Suger (suger.io), is an independent software company at fours.com operated by Suger, Inc. It is not affiliated with any similarly named CRM, marketing, or AI vendor.
